TERMS OF SERVICE
1. I am a senior in high school, disabled, and English isn’t my first language. Please be patient with me.2. I reserve the right at any time to cancel your commission without refund if you are rude, aggressive, violent and threatening towards me or others, or are proven to be problematic.3. When you buy a commission from me you buy the art, not the rights to claim it. Meaning, you may not use my art for self promotion, sell it, say it’s yours, edit it in a malicious way, erase the watermark, etc4. My work is poisoned with anti-AI filters. If I catch you using my art to train AI you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again and a post will be made to warn other artists.5. My DMs are for WORK ONLY if you are not my friend. Do not DM me for chit chat, I will remind you of my ToS then ignore you until I have a commission update.6. Only my close friends receive discounts, please don’t beg me for one.7. You are allowed to trace my work to learn how to draw better ONLY if the work is something you paid for or isn’t a gift I’ve made for someone else. You may not sell the traced work, claim it as yours, or submit it into art competitions.8. I only accept payment via PayPal, Robux, and nitro. If you pay with Robux or nitro, you are expected to pay the same amount you would if you had sent money. (EX: you buy a $10 commission you owe me $10 worth of Robux OR $10 nitro if you aren’t sending payment to my PayPal).9. I require full payment after the sketch is confirmed to be correct (does not apply to sketch commissions). You are more than welcome to ask for speedpaints to be assured you aren’t being scammed.9. Due to money conversion fees on PayPal if you ask for a refund and live outside of the US you will end up receiving less than what you gave. (EX: if you give me $10 and PayPal gives me $9 because of conversion fees, your refund will be $8 because of conversion fees).10. If you pay me with robux or nitro I cannot refund you. If you are not sure you can afford to spend that money, then don’t commission me. I don’t want to be responsible for someone’s bills not getting paid on time over a $10-25 commission and have to take my own personal money out of my account because you can’t stick to a budget.11. I will only refund you if you are not happy with the work or the work is less than 50% complete. You will receive a full refund if that’s the case. If the work is over 50% complete, you will only be refunded half of what you paid me as that is time I have spent working.12. I do NOT charge extra for complex designs! However, your commission may take longer because of it.14. I complete commissions on a FCFS basis. The only time your commission MIGHT be bumped up in the queue is if it’s something simple and quick to finish like a headshot sketch.15. Depending on how many people are in the queue, it will change the amount of time it takes to get to your commission and complete it. I value my personal health and energy so I’m not slaving over my phone to draw all day everyday. I cannot give you an exact timeframe for completion but you are welcome to ask for status updates whenever you wish!16. As I am a minor I do not draw NSFW for commissions.
